Dear friends and colleagues

Please find attached an open letter that I have penned on behalf of ICEVI, urging ratification of the WIPO Marrakesh Treaty and implementation of fair and balanced copyright laws.

I offer the attached letter as an advocacy tool in Pacific Island Countries that have not as yet ratified the Marrakesh Treaty.
