Dear all,

We wish to inform you that the thematic report of the Special Rapporteur in the field of cultural rights, Ms. Karima Bennoune, on the cultural rights approach to the universality of human rights and the close interrelationship between universality and cultural diversity, is now available.

We also wish to inform you that, in the context of the 10 year anniversary of the creation of the mandate, the Special Rapporteur decided to devote her next thematic report to taking stock of the impact of the work of the cultural rights mandate since its creation, and would like to invite all relevant actors to send contributions to inform her study. A questionnaire is attached for your consideration.

Submissions of maximum 2'500 words should be submitted no later than 26 October 2018 to srculturalrights at ohchr.org<mailto:srculturalrights at ohchr..org>.

Please, do not hesitate to circulate this invitation widely in your network.
