Good morning Fellow Indigenous Representatives,

Trust this mail finds you well.

I am following up on the attached qsurvey which was sent to you all last week.

Please, please, give some thought to this work and kindly provide your
support by filling out the attached survey.

The voices of our indigenous persons with disabilities need to be
heard and recognised in order to inform programming and taking this to
a further step.

Please kindly fill out the survey and send it back as soon as you're done.

Due date for this work is tomorrow Thursday at 4 pm.
