[Pacificipwdnetwork] Questionnaire on COVID-19 and Indigenous Persons with Disabilities in the Pacific

Good afternoon DPO Indigenous representatives,

Trust you are all well during this COVID-19 pendemic.

Firstly, i am emailing you from my personal email since my work email
is having issues at the moment.

This is to gather more information from you in light of COVID-19 and
the challenges you as indigenous persons with disabilities are facing
in your country.

Findings from this will be used to prepare a situation report on
indigenous persons with disabilities in the Pacific and also to have
as evidences that indigenous persons with disabilities in the region
are also facing impacts brought about by COVID-19.

Please kindly support this work by filling out a short questionnaire
attached. The due date for this is Thursday 28th May at 4 pm Fiji
time.
