Women Deliver 2026 Conference (WD2026) will be held next year From 27–30 April 2026, the Women Deliver Conference will be regionally hosted for the first time — by the Oceanic Pacific — in Narrm (Melbourne), Australia, on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation.
It’s a space to come together — across oceans, movements, and generations — to resist, to reimagine, and to rebuild.

Dear Members,

Thank you for your patience as we finalized the platform for the pre-registration form, which is to be used to submit your self-nomination through your country or territory allocation, if applicable. This form will collect the information necessary for your WD2026 registration, which will only be confirmed once background checks are successfully completed.

Please note that final selection for sponsored participation is conditional upon these background checks. Through the form, you will be asked to provide personal information (full name, address, and government-issued ID) and to confirm your consent for the background check. Your registration will then be confirmed, and your invitation letter issued for visa purposes, once this process has been completed. This requirement also applies to companions and guardians.

By submitting the form, you will confirm your acceptance of the scholarship.
Please read the information below carefully, as it outlines the next steps and what is included in your scholarship.

Next steps

  1.  Fill out the Pre-Registration form to accept your scholarship and provide consent to the background check.

Background check is processed – once we receive your consent and necessary details through the above form, your background check will be processed (typically within 2–3 weeks).

  2.
Finalize registration – after your background check is cleared, we’ll confirm your registration and provide your invitation letter.

  3.
Travel arrangements – Complete the travel information form (link provided after successful background checks) so we can arrange your flights and accommodation.

To confirm acceptance of your scholarship, please submit the pre-registration form by September 19, 2025. To stay on track for visa processing, we kindly ask that you complete and submit the form by the stated deadline. Additionally, if your circumstances have changed and you can no longer join WD2026, please let us know as soon as possible.

What’s included in your Scholarship?

  *   Roundtrip economy airfare between your home airport and Melbourne Airport (MEL), arranged by Arinex, Women Deliver’s official travel partner. Accommodation will be covered for arrivals from 25 April 2026 through 1 May 2026, depending on flight availability. If you choose to travel outside these dates, you will be responsible for any additional costs, including fare differences.
  *   Hotel accommodation pre-assigned and paid by Women Deliver, for the duration of your Conference stay. All hotels in Women Deliver’s reserved block are within a short distance from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
  *   Per diem to cover meals and incidentals, based on the number of nights stayed at the Women Deliver-sponsored hotel.
  *   Visa fee costs, supported by an official invitation letter upon registration.
  *   A stipend for ground travel to and from your home airport, and, where applicable, costs associated with obtaining a transit visa.
  *
Travel insurance with coverage for your journey and stay for the Conference period.

For sponsored participants with disabilities who require a support person, the scholarship will also cover the expenses of one accompanying person.
