Greetings from the pacific Disability Forum,

 

On 5 and 6 July 2021, the Human Rights Council convened, pursuant to Council resolution 6/30, its annual full-day discussion on the human rights of women. The discussion was divided into two panel discussions: the first addressed the theme “Violence against women and girls with disabilities” and the second was devoted to “Gender-equal socioeconomic recovery from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic”.  The summary of the discussion, contained in the present report, is being submitted in accordance with Council resolutions 6/30 and 47/15.

Salutations du Forum pacifique des personnes handicapées,

Les 5 et 6 juillet 2021, le Conseil des droits de l'homme a convoqué, conformément à la résolution 6/30 du Conseil, son débat annuel d'une journée entière sur les droits fondamentaux des femmes. La discussion a été divisée en deux tables rondes : la première a abordé le thème « La violence à l'égard des femmes et des filles handicapées » et la seconde a été consacrée à « La reprise socio-économique paritaire après la pandémie de la maladie à coronavirus (COVID-19) ».

 

Le résumé des débats, contenu dans le présent rapport, est soumis conformément aux résolutions 6/30 et 47/15 du Conseil.
