Dear Social Committee

Kindly note that I would love to have this Team gathering as I am always up for it but further to Angies comments, I would also like to add that more than half of our workforces' employment Contract ends come 31 December, 2020 hence most of them are already mentally, emotionally affected and stressed therefore this could be an additional financial burden as I understand that the ask is supernumerary .

Many thanks for your email and thanking the social committee  for all their grate work.

For your suggested activities below  I suggest the social committee to firstly  find out the cost for the Christmas  party and then we decide the funds to be collected.

As the planned activities  below may be asking to much from the staff as Christmas is just around the conner

Dear Colleagues,
Many thanks for your unending support to your Social Committee.  We have some activities to be undertaken this quarter to build up to our Christmas Breakup Party.

October 30th - Kava Barrel

  *   We are requesting that each team to donate a kilogram of grog each.
  *   Each staff is requested to at least sell ten tickets of $10 each.
  *   You will be notified of the kava barrel venue.

November - Raffle Ticket

  *   Your social committee is requesting volunteers from the staff to donate a prize. (Prizes can be groceries and drinks).  We are hoping to secure the support of our cooperate sponsors through our cooperate team to fund some prizes.

Please be advised that we are hoping to organize a "smashing Christmas party" and your contribution in the two mentioned activities will go towards the organized event in December.

Your Health Your Wealth Program
Please be encouraged that our Tuesday Wellness continues with fruit days on Fridays.

On wellness screening, we will inform you of the time and day   for ncd, obesity check and cancer screening.
