Dear all,



We are writing to ask for civil society endorsement<http://bit.ly/B25SignOn> of a transformative urgent vision for the "Beijing+25" conference in Mexico City in May 2020 and Paris in July 2020, and to share this statement widely to all government, development agency, community and civil society networks.


Titled the "Generation Equality Forum," this conference next year in Mexico will mark part of the global 25th anniversary of the UN Fourth World Conference on Women, which produced the foundational Beijing Platform for Action.



At the invitation of the Mexican government, a group of feminist activists from diverse regions and social movements gathered in Mexico City from 22-24 August 2019 to strategize towards the Beijing+25 UN Beijing+25 conference in Mexico City in May 2020 and Paris in July 2020.



Recognising the urgent political opportunity presented by the forum, we produced Women Radically Transforming a World in Crisis<http://bit.ly/B25Framework>, a collective framework for resisting neoliberal capitalism and climate change: the critical, structural obstacles to gender justice and women's human rights.
