Firstly, my sincere appreciation to all Full and Associate Members that took part in the 2023 PDF Member Satisfaction survey. As some of you may know, our organisation conducts this independent survey every 2 years with the technical assistance of Maxumise now operating as Optimise, a HR firm located here in Fiji. It is crucial that we hear from all our members to help us make our organisation stronger, effective, efficient, responsive and remaining relevant at this challenging time.

The final update for the Member Survey:
1.        Survey responses - 43 members out of 70 members (61%)
2.        33 Full Members out of 40 have responded (83%)
3.        10 Associate Members out of 30 have responded (33%)
4.        By Country, responses are: Australia 9, East Timor 1, FSM Pohnpei 1, Cook Islands 1, Fiji 4, Kiribati 2, New Caledonia 1, Marshall Islands 1,Nauru 2, New Zealand 6, Niue 1, Papua New Guinea 1, Samoa 3, Solomon Islands 4, Tahiti 1, Tonga 2, Tuvalu 1 and Vanuatu 2.
5.        No response was received from American Samoa, Guam, Palau and Wallis/Futuna.

The survey is now closed as of Friday last week, 24 March 2023 and we eagerly await the survey report.
