  with provisions in the PDF Constitution and Election of  Board policy. However, Board Members Ipul Powaseu and Tewai  Halatau have only completed one term and can therefore be  re-elected for a second term. Board Member Rakesh Chand has  completed his term as
  President of Fiji Disabled Peoples Federation and with a  new President elected, he is not available for re-election.
 Kindly note that a term for a Board Member is 2  years.

  voting Delegate will know who is being nominated and by  whom, and who has seconded that nomination. This will avoid  candidates being nominated more than once as in previous  elections.

 Once a nominee
 receives a nomination and has been seconded by another  Delegate, the nominee MUST FORMALLY ACCEPT the nomination by  email to this email group and attach
  his or her personal profile not more than 700 words to that  same email.
