[Opd-officemanagers] Clarification on Voting Delegate Submission Format

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your query.

I have now received clarification regarding the submission requirements. OPD's are not necessary to submit in PDF format, however, to make this easier, I'm attaching a Word document template that you can use to fill in the required information.

"Please ensure that your organization submits the confirmation in PDF format by the stipulated deadline. ..."

Should OPDS submit the name and details of their voting delegates in a PDF-formatted document to include:

  *   Full name of each voting delegate
  *   Position within the organization
  *   Contact information (email and phone number)
  *   Signed confirmation by the Head of Organization

You would have seen some OPDs simply responding by email to the email below with the above required information without sending a separate document in PDF format as requested.
