[Opd-officemanagers] Concept Note and draft program for IDPD 2022

As we look at the upcoming International Day for Persons with disabilities, PDF is happy to announce the draft program for the day.

Find attached the draft program and with it is the concept note. As part of the week's celebration are short virtual session for specific areas on the theme.  There are 4 sessions to be organized that can run for at least 2 hours max. and the different teams to take lead and organize this session to involve our OPDs as well.
