Dear WBU members,
Due to the interest expressed by members and individuals with low vision in the survey being conducted by the low vision committee and to respond to the request of some members for some more time to get additional responses, we have extended the deadline to respond to the survey until the end of May.
Our sincere thanks to those members who have responded already and who have shared the survey with people with low vision in order to seek their input.

Subject: LOW VISION SURVEYS -WBU

Dear WBU Members,

The WBU Low Vision Working Group is working on initiatives to encourage more engagement of persons with low vision or partial sight in the work of the WBU and our members.  In order to do that we want to know more about the present situation both for organizations and for individuals who have low vision.

We are therefore attaching two surveys for which we need your assistance. One survey is for organizations and we ask you to take the time to complete that.  The other survey is for individuals who are partially sighted or have low vision and we ask you to encourage as many low vision or partially sighted persons as you can to complete the survey.

The deadline for completing the surveys and returning them to us at penny.hartin at wbu.ngo<mailto:penny.hartin at wbu.ngo> is April 30th.
