Dear all,

In August several of you took part in the pre-testing of IDA Global Survey which helped us build a robust questionnaire. The Global Survey has now been launched on 3 December!

This IDA Global Survey on DPO participation in development programmes and policies is available in English plain language, translated into Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish and International Sign. This is a tool for a new phase of advocacy to hold stakeholders accountable for their commitments, a way to measure participation and monitor the implementation of Article 4.3.

It will bring evidence on how much governments, the UN and donors are engaging with DPOs, if this participation is meaningful, what are good practices and barriers, or how DPOs perceive it is progressing or not. From this IDA also hopes to build the first global DPO Participation Index.

We rely on as many DPOs as possible to take the survey. Please get your DPO to fill the survey and spread the word to other DPOs!
The strength of the results depends on the number of responses received.
