<p class="MsoNormal">In August several of you took part in the pre-testing of IDA Global Survey which helped us build a robust questionnaire. The Global Survey has now been launched on 3 December! <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This <b>IDA <span style="color:black">Global Survey on DPO participation in development programmes and policies</span></b><span style="color:black"> is available </span>in English plain language, translated into Arabic, Chinese, French,
Russian, Spanish and International Sign. This is a tool for a new phase of advocacy to hold stakeholders accountable for their commitments, a way to measure participation and <b>monitor the implementation of Article 4.3</b>. <o:p></o:p></p>

perceive it is progressing or not. From this IDA also hopes to build the <b>first global DPO Participation Index</b>.<o:p></o:p></p>
