Dear All

In your collective roles/ positions as champions for supporting women in business, I’d like to alert you to a new initiative of the Australian Government and we’d be very grateful for your support.

DFAT is piloting a new Australia Awards short course that aims to help build the capacity of women to trade. The course is offered to Pacific women with their own business who have the potential to become ‘export ready’.

The inaugural course is scheduled for 12‒24 November in Brisbane and Sydney, and it has been co-designed by the Export Council of Australia, Charles Sturt University and DFAT. All costs (flights, accommodation, incidentals, study fees) are funded by the Australian Government.

Applications close on 25 August 2017.
