<p class="MsoNormal">The Pacific Disability Forum (PDF) is seeking an experienced consultant to lead the development of its regional SDG-CRPD Monitoring Report 2021–2025: From Recognition to Realization of Rights.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This report will analyse progress and challenges in advancing disability rights in the Pacific, drawing on data collected by Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) and partners across the region.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>What You’ll Do<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">•Review and validate regional disability data (2021–2025).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">•Assess progress against CRPD Articles and SDG targets.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">•Document case studies and impact stories.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">•Draft a comprehensive, accessible monitoring report plus summary versions for advocacy.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>What We’re Looking For<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">•10+ years’ experience in disability inclusion, equity and rights in the Pacific.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">•Strong track record in research, analysis, and report writing.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">•Deep knowledge of CRPD, SDGs, and policy frameworks.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">•Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">•Commitment to accessibility and inclusion.<o:p></o:p></p>
