you of the untimely passing of one of our disability champions here in fiji and the Pacific, Mr Rakesh Chand who is also the husband of our Human Rights and Gender Advisor, Ms Angeline Chand, and father to Mr Alvis Chand. The late Mr Rakesh Chand died at home yesterday morning.
