<p class="MsoNormal">It is indeed a pleasure to wish you all a Happy International Youth Day 2021 as it falls on the 12<sup>th</sup> of August yearly.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This year, the theme is "Transforming Food Systems: Youth Innovation for Human and Planetary Health.” In the Pacific at this very point in time, this year’s theme is more aptly felt as many of our family members, friends and fellow youths
with disabilities have had to turn to our farm lands or the sea as a source of sustenance and or income due to COVID-19. The theme also highlights the important role youths and young persons with disabilities play in the overall success of any Pacific focussed
or global efforts and that their inclusion is essential.<o:p></o:p></p>
