<p class="MsoNormal">This is the result of intense collective efforts, including contributions from ADF, DSI, EDF, IFHOH, II, PDF, RIADIS, WBU, WFD, WFDB, WNUSP and testing by a wide range of activists. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This Survey is a tool to track progress globally on our 'nothing about us without us' motto, and to identify barriers and facilitators to OPD participation in decision-making. <o:p></o:p></p>
