<a href="https://www.ohchr.org/EN/HRBodies/CRC/Pages/Discussion2020.aspx" target="_blank">
Day of the General Discussion on "Children’s Rights and Alternative Care"</a> to be held on
<b>16-17 September 2021</b>, including in particular on ways in which civil society organizations can participate and contribute to the process. The process presents an opportunity to encourage the participation of children with disabilities themselves and
to raise several issues from a CRPD perspective (support to families of children with disabilities, prevention of family separation, prevention of any kind of institutionalization, etc.)<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:black;background:yellow">The CRC Committee calls for written contributions in this process. Please note that the
<b>word limit for written contributions is 2500 words</b>, and that the deadline for all submissions is<b>
