Introduction to social protection in the Pacific and Timor-Leste
DFAT’s Partnerships for Social Protection is offering a free, online introductory training on social protection in the Pacific and Timor-Leste!

As a result of COVID-19, disasters and rising climate threats, many Pacific Island countries have changed the way they think about social protection. Now, more than ever, inclusive and shock-responsive social protection systems are crucial for resilience.

But what is Social Protection?

Join us for a free online training, where we explore how social protection in the Pacific and Timor-Leste can:

  *   Promote inclusive economic recovery and growth
  *   Respond to shocks and disasters
  *   Support gender, disability and social inclusion
Date: Wednesday, 6th November 2024
Time: 9:30 am - 1:30 pm Suva time (FJT)
Location: Online via Zoom
