[PDFlist] FW: Disrupted Zoom Call

Dear Office Managers and OPD Reps,
Warm greetings from the Pacific Disability Forum in Suva.
We sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties that occurred during the recent Zoom call regarding the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between PDF and USAID-   digital connectivity and cybersecurity partnership that took place in Suva on Thursday. We recognize that these issues prevented some OPDs from participating in this important event.

The inability to connect to the Zoom call not only disrupted the flow of communication but also hindered the opportunity for our OPDs who wanted to join in virtually to engage in discussions that are vital to accessible ICT and cyber security.

The facilitating of the zoom meeting/link was beyond PDF Secretariat's control, and we hope that this will not be repeated in future.
We look forward to your understanding.
