Good morning from the PDF Secretariat in Fiji,

 

This year the 4th Small Islands Developing States Conference was held in St
John's, Antigua and Barbuda, under the overarching theme of "Charting the
course toward resilient prosperity." 

 

The Small Island Developing States Global conference focuses on climate
change, sustainable development and other issues faced by small island
states.

 

This year, the Chief Executive of the Pacific Disability Forum, Mr. Setareki
Macanawai in addressing all those present, stressed the importance of
inclusion adding that any approach to addressing issues faced by SIDS cannot
be a one size fits all.

 

Attached is his speech as well as a picture with  Dr Aubrey Webson, the
Permanent Representative to the United Nations for Antigua and Barbuda.
