Dear Seta,

On behalf of the Tongan National Visual Impairment Association (TNVIA), we
extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation for your years of dedicated
service and leadership at the Pacific Disability Forum. Your commitment to
improving the lives of people with disabilities across the Pacific has been
truly inspiring.

We, Mr. Leka and the board, along with Mrs. Lokotui, the TNVIA staff, and
all our members, wish you a wonderful and fulfilling retirement. Your
legacy will continue to inspire us and guide our work in advocating for the
rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities.

Thank you for your unwavering support and for being a beacon of hope and
progress in our community. We look forward to continuing the work you have
championed, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
