[PDFlist] Theme for 2022 International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The International Day of Persons with disabilities will be celebrated on the 3rd of December 2022 which is just a few weeks away. This year, the theme (released by the United Nations) is “Transformative solutions for inclusive development: the role of innovation in fueling an accessible and equitable world.”

The annual observance of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) aims to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights, and well-being of persons with disabilities.

The Pacific Disability Forum will soon release more details on the planned celebration in the coming weeks.

La Journée internationale des personnes handicapées sera célébrée le 3 décembre 2022, dans quelques semaines. Cette année, le thème (publié par les Nations Unies) est « Des solutions transformatrices pour un développement inclusif : le rôle de l'innovation pour alimenter un monde accessible et équitable ».

La célébration annuelle de la Journée internationale des personnes handicapées (IDPD) vise à promouvoir une compréhension des problèmes de handicap et à mobiliser un soutien pour la dignité, les droits et le bien-être des personnes handicapées. Le Pacific Disability Forum publiera bientôt plus de détails sur la célébration prévue dans les semaines à venir.
