   - Theme: “NOTHING WITHOUT US: Deepening partnership for an inclusive and Equitable Blue Pacific Continent for Persons with Disabilities.”

   - Dates: Monday, 27   th February 2023 – Friday, 03   rdMarch 2023.

   - Host Country: Fiji

   - Venue:Tanoa International Hotel, Nadi, Fiji and Hybrid

   - Programme Outline:

§ PDF General Forum: Monday, 27th February 2023

§ Pacific Government Disability Focal Point: Monday, 27th February 2023

§ Joint Meeting between Organisations of Persons with Disabilities and Government Disability Focal Points: Tuesday, 28th February 2023 (half-day/morning)

§ Official Opening Ceremony and Networking Session:  Tuesday, 28th February 2023 (half day/afternoon)

§ Pacific Regional Conference on Disability: Wednesday-Friday; 1st - 3rd March 2023

§ There will be a few meetings and training programmes organised by PDF and our partners before and after this 7th PRCD. Participation in these events will be by invitation only.

   - Registration Fees

Registration fees for the 7th PRCD (On-site) are:

   - Government/Institutions /Companies – FJD 200.00 per person/day
   - Disability NGOs – FJD 150.00 per person/day
   - PDF Full/ Associate members, Persons with disabilities and students/ Individuals – FJD 100.00 per person/day

Registration fees (Online): FJD 50.00 per person/day

   - Inclusions

Registration fees for on-site participants include WIFI, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and conference materials while online participants will receive conference materials only.

   - Conference Dinner

FJ$95.00 per person (optional)

   - Travel and COVID-19 Update

Travel arrangements for those participants who are funded by PDF will be made by the PDF Secretariat. Copies of COVID-19 full vaccination certificate are required for all participants who will attend the 7th PRCD in-person or onsite. COVID-19 vaccination certificates are to be sent together with your completed registration forms.

   - Hotel Accommodation

   - Tanoa International Hotel Room Rate – FJ$275.00 for Single Executive or FJ$245 for Double Superior for 2 pax inclusive of breakfast, airport shuttle and WIFI.
   - Tokatoka Resort Hotel Room Rate – FJ$265.00 for 2 pax inclusive of breakfast, airport shuttle & WIFI.
   - Novotel Hotel Room Rate – FJ$195.00 for Single Room or FJ$215.00 for Twin Room inclusive of breakfast, airport shuttle & WIFI.

The above room rates have been secured by PDF for those participants attending the 7th PRCD. The PDF Secretariat will be responsible for organising hotel accommodation for those participants who are funded by PDF. Self-funded participants can directly contact either of the 3 hotels above to make their own room reservations.

   - Collaboration

The 7th Pacific Regional Conference on Disability is organized by the Pacific Disability Forum in partnership with Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS). Funding assistance is provided by the Government of Australia through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and Government of New Zealand through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT).

   - Trade Display

Trade displays will also be made available during the conference and for those interested organisations and companies, please contact the organisers in terms of cost and related arrangements.

   -   Registration Closing Date

The closing date for registration will be Friday, 13 January 2023.
