On Behalf of PWDSI Board and Management, It is with great sorrow to learn
of the passing of Luke. Indeed, the disability community in the Pacific has
lost one of our own. PWDSI sends our sincere heartfelt condolences to the
PSA and to Luke's families and relatives. May Luke's soul rest in peace and
rise in glory.
