Warm Pacific Greetings

Another DPO leader from the Pacific has entered into politics. Mr Nelbert Perez, former President of the Pohnpei Consumer Organisation and later served as PDF Programme Officer responsible for the Northern Pacific  was a candidate at the recent general election in the Pohnpei State, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). The good news is that Mr Perez was elected and will be sworn in as a member of the Pohnpei State Legislature in January 2020.

We wish Mr Perez well with our prayers as he begins his political career in the FSM.
