Dear ABC Stakeholders,

I am delighted to announce that with the implementation of the EU Marrakesh Treaty Directive and Regulation in France, Poland, and The Netherlands, the ABC Global Book Service now has over 320,000 titles available for cross-border exchange without the need to request permission from the copyright owner.  This total represents the catalogues of 13 AEs located in Australia, Canada and the EU, respectively.
