Happy New Year!!

I am very pleased to inform you that the second round of positions under the UNDP-UNV Talent Programme for Young Professionals with Disabilities have now been advertised on the Talent Programme website<https://diversity-and-inclusion.undp.org/disability-inclusion/disability-talent/#/>, under ‘Vacancies’.

To be eligible to apply, candidates should be no more than 35 years of age, and hold a Bachelor or a Master’s degree, or be enrolled in a university programme at the Master level. Work experience will be an advantage but not a requirement.

Selected candidates will be deployed to UNDP offices for 12-month assignments as either international or national UNV, which provide selected candidates with an allowance and financial support to cover the cost of living, traveling, settling and resettlement, life and health insurance, as well as annual leave. See Conditions of Service of the National UN Volunteers and International UN Volunteers framework for more information.
The UNDP-UNV team managing the Talent Programme will host webinars open to young professionals with disabilities interested in applying to the positions, to present the programme, the application process, and to answer any questions. Close captioning will be available during the webinar sessions. More information on dates/time will follow.
We would be grateful if you could kindly share the above information with candidates who could be interested in this opportunity through your networks.
In addition, we would like to update you that the first group of candidates under the UNDP-UNV Talent Programme for Young Professionals with Disabilities have already been recruited and are being deployed!
