Dear friends and colleagues

I have received the following email from Bernadette Kappen on behalf of the Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (North America). Bernadette is inviting submissions for an inaugural US$500 scholarship for individuals who are interested in completing post-secondary study to serve children with vision impairment. Applicants must reside outside of mainland USA and Canada.

The AER International Services and Global Issues Division has developed our first scholarship. Attached is an application for a $500 scholarship for students originating outside of the mainland US that is obtaining post-secondary education to serve students with visual impairments in their region.
