We are now inviting suitably qualified professionals from the aid sector and emergency services around the world, across all relevant sectors to apply for the next intake of the anglophone course, which will commence on Monday 9th July 2018 and the francophone course which will start on the 10th September 2018.

As you know, applicants will need to demonstrate that they have:

· Five years experience working with recognised local, national and international non governmental organisations, UN Agencies, private sector organisations or relevant government bodies;

· A minimum of three years in a senior managerial role;

· A strong desire to develop their leadership skills and leadership behaviour change in order to make a positive contribution to the future of the sector;

· Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Thanks to the ongoing support of the IKEA Foundation, Deakin Advancement, OFDA, DFAT, we continue to offer all students part or full scholarships. Depending on circumstances, this ranges from a 22%-100% subsidy on the University’s tuition fees. The fees also include the costs of meals and accommodation during the residential periods.

Places on the course are limited. All applications will go through a selection process to ensure students are suited to the learning level. Please find attached an information pack outlining the course schedule, content, fees and other relevant information.

Nous invitons maintenant des professionnels qualifiés du secteur de l'aide à postuler pour la prochaine session du cours anglophone, qui débutera le lundi 9 juillet 2018 et le cours francophone qui débutera le 10 septembre 2018.

Les postulants devront démontrer qu'ils ont :

· Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience avec des organisations non gouvernementales locales, nationales et internationales reconnues, des agences des Nations-Unies, des organisations du secteur privé ou des organismes gouvernementaux ;

· Un Minimum de trois ans dans un rôle de management de haut niveau (Management d’équipe)

· Un fort désir de développer leurs compétences en leadership et volonté de transformer les comportements de leadership afin d'apporter une contribution positive à l'avenir du secteur ;

Grâce à la contribution de la Fondation IKEA, de Deakin Advancement, OFDA et DFAT, nous continuons d'offrir à tous les étudiants des bourses partielles ou complètes.
