?  PDF General Forum: Monday, 25th February 2019. Business meeting for member organisations of PDF.
?  Pacific Regional Forum on Women with Disabilities: Tuesday, 26th February - 1:00pm Wednesday, 27th February 2019.
?  Pacific Regional Forum on Youth with Disabilities: Tuesday, 26th February - 1:00pm Wednesday, 27th February 2019.
?  Disability Research Roundtable: 2:00pm - 5:00pm Wednesday, 27th February 2019
?  Pacific Disability Conference: Thursday, 28th February - Friday, 1st March 2019


  1.  Registration Fees
Registration fees are:

?  Government/Institutions /Companies - FJ$150.00 per person/day

?  Disability NGOs - FJ$100.00 per person/day

?  PDF Full/ Associate members, Persons with disabilities and students/ Individuals - FJ$75.00 per person/day

Registration fees above apply for the Regional WWD & YWD Forum (26th - 27th February 2019) and the Pacific Disability Conference (28th February - 1st March 2019) only


  1.  Inclusions
Registration fees include WIFI, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and conference materials.




  1.  Conference Dinner
FJ$60.00 per person (optional)


  1.  Accommodation
Tanoa International Hotel Room Rate - FJ$185.00 inclusive of breakfast and WIFI.


  1.  Collaboration
The 6th Pacific Regional Conference on Disability is organized by the Pacific Disability Forum in partnership with its member organisations of persons with disabilities (DPOs) in Fiji. Funding assistance is provided by the Government of Australia through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).


11.   Trade Display
Trade displays will also be made available during the conference and for those interested organisations and companies, please contact the organisers in terms of cost and related arrangements.


  1.    Expression of Interest
Please email your interest in attending this biennial regional conference as a participant, presenter, observer or to organise a trade display to the undersigned before Wednesday, 31 October 2018. Registration forms will be made available only to individuals and organisations that have indicated their interests to attend the conference.

12. Closing Date
The closing date for registration will be on Friday, 30 November 2018.
