Subject: RRRT to launch first toolkit for Human Rights Reporting today

RRRT is pleased to launch the first ever toolkit that contains statistical indicators of the core human rights treaties today. Contextual to the Pacific, this toolkit was developed with the SPC Statistics division and especially with Pacific governments at a first workshop in 2014. Another workshop was held last year with Pacific governments to validate the indicators for the core human rights treaties. 3 years on, this toolkit will definitely assist Pacific governments in their ongoing commitment to comply with their treaty reporting obligations and also in supporting implementation in country.
