Dear Pasifika ICPD25 Youth network members, colleagues and friends, I hope this finds you well. This is just to share with you the successful launch of the State of the World Population Report yesterday at the UNFPA Pacific Office, where our very own Anaseini Ulakai of Tonga, joined esteemed panelist to speak to the harmful practice of Child MArriage in the Pacific. She did a phenomenal contribution to the panel discussion with fellow panelists, Honorable Minister Mereseini Vuniwaqa, Minister for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation in Fiji, Reverend James Bhagwan, General Secretary of the Pacific Council of Churches, His Excellency Jonathan Curr, High Commissioner of NZ to Fiji, Ana Pakoa, Human Rights Activities from Vanuatu. The youth voice and youth SRHR resonated in the panel discussion. This is to acknowledge Anaseini's participation and contribution and to thank those of you who were able to join the Facebook live streamed on UNFPA https://www.facebook.com/UNFPA-Pacific-427599067359937/  on Fiji TV.

We also have featured for the SRHR Youth Dialogue on Monday 10 August, our very own Tamani Rarama. We are super proud that one of the Pacific countries could make it to this dialogue. Please let us all join in and support Tamani in her voice and contribution. The details of the dialogue is in Maki's email below. Our best wishes for you Tamani and we all rally behind you.

Thank you so much everyone for doing the big and little things that add to the voice and visibility of youth in progressing the promises of ICPD25 commitments and the SDGs. It will be co-hosted by APCRSHR10/  Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia (RHAC), and the IPPF in collaboration with UNFPA.
