<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif;color:black">As 2018 marked the 20<sup>th</sup> Anniversary of the Rome Statute, the 2018 Gender Report Card is a tribute to the Women’s
Caucus for Gender Justice, a women’s human rights movement dedicated to mainstreaming gender justice in the framework and functioning of the ICC. Honouring the Women’s Caucus’ critical contributions, the 2018 Gender Report Card assesses the extent to which
meaningful gender inclusive justice has been provided by the Court in a new section analysing gender justice developments at the ICC. This section includes critical analysis of the issue of sexual violence against men and boys before the Court (p 148), and
victims’ perspectives on conflict-related forced relationships (p 153), among many more. In addition, the Gender Report Card provides a concise overview on up-to-date ICC affairs in relation to ongoing situations and cases (p 30-130) and current procedural
questions, such as on budget and staff, and their gender dimensions (p 20, p 24).
