<span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:black">This blog aims to empower women by including the experiences and stories of ALL women. The notion of “feminism” seems to have molded into one type of feminism that is “white feminism”.
However, this assumption that “one size fits all” is excluding the real experiences that WoC experience. I invite you to share your stories in hopes of creating a new outlook on being a feminist, an outlook that includes all women, that is relatable and flexible.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif;color:black">I wanted to start this blog as a way to express myself, to share my overwhelming feelings of hurt, anger and confusion. I got tired of hearing that my hijab is oppressive, that I cannot
be a feminist women because I do not follow the mainstream “white feminist” ideologies. I do not need to be saved by these women, the women who do not even come close to understanding my struggles and the struggles of WoC.
