I wish to sincerely apologize for the confusion caused in my earlier communication regarding the consultancy opportunity to support the Pohnpei Consumer Council in preparing a CRPD Shadow Report.
In my previous email, the deadline for submission was incorrectly stated as 13 March 2026. Please note that the correct deadline is now 8 March 2026. This adjustment has been made to ensure timely action and alignment with the project’s urgent requirements.
All other details in the Terms of Reference remain unchanged:

Dear Members,
The Pacific Disability Forum (PDF) is pleased to announce an opportunity for qualified consultants to support the Pohnpei Consumer Council in the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) through the preparation of a CRPD Shadow Report. This initiative is a critical step in advancing the rights of persons with disabilities and ensuring that their voices are meaningfully represented in national and international reporting processes.
Terms of Reference (TOR):
The consultant will be tasked with conducting an independent review of the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) in Pohnpei. Responsibilities include:

  *   Engaging with stakeholders and facilitating consultations.
  *   Conducting policy analyses and identifying key challenges.
  *   Drafting and finalizing a comprehensive shadow report with recommendations to strengthen disability inclusion and rights.
