Dear Members,

The Pacific Disability Forum (PDF) is pleased to announce an opportunity for
qualified consultants to support the Pohnpei Consumer Council in the
Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) through the preparation of a CRPD
Shadow Report. This initiative is a critical step in advancing the rights of
persons with disabilities and ensuring that their voices are meaningfully
represented in national and international reporting processes.

Terms of Reference (TOR):
The consultant will be tasked with conducting an independent review of the
implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
(CRPD) in Pohnpei. Responsibilities include:

*	Engaging with stakeholders and facilitating consultations.
*	Conducting policy analyses and identifying key challenges.
*	Drafting and finalizing a comprehensive shadow report with
recommendations to strengthen disability inclusion and rights.
