<p class="MsoNormal">We are pleased to share with you the latest report from Dr. Dainius Puras, Special Rapporteur of Health, writing on the highest standard of health and mental health. This report, which will be read tomorrow 3rd July 2020 has cited TCI Asia
Pacific and our work towards CRPD compliance several times.There is a direct reference to the Bapu Trust Seher program, in the context of CRPD compliant projects around the world. The text also extensively quotes the Bali Declaration of TCI Asia Pacific, and
indeed, his entire report echoes with the Bapu Trust/TCI sentiments of "reframing" mental health towards inclusion. Considering that the report cites very few, if any programs, from the Global South, this citation is an achievement.<o:p></o:p></p>
