Dear Villaney,

Congratulations on your tremendous work in these past years, showing the
competent disability constituency, when you are obliged to our position as
a LEADER.
If I may recall your dedication that: we the member never cut from the
ongoing loop of INFORMATION and COORDINATION engagement from you related to
APRCEM's updates, your tireless continuation on coordination even sometimes
less response from us, and many other responsibilities on your shoulder,
your leadership should be an inspiration for all the leaders that would
like to get the position, Proficiat.

On the other hand, I also support equal opportunity for regeneration, for
other regions or Organizations that would like to show their capability in
this leadership opportunity, I am happy to see the New people, New
generation, and a new spirit of intensive, responsive, collaborative,
informative and togetherness in any of activities and decisions.
