As part of our efforts and upon the advice of our Board to make the PDF board election via email more accessible and less problematic to our voting delegates, we have set up yesterday afternoon an email group account which hopefully has been sent to and received by your voting delegate. I've pasted below a copy of the first paragraph in the email your voting delegate should have received by now:
You have been invited by Soloveni Vitoso to join the Groups.io<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fGroups.io&c=E,1,tpNQ293IoZhtZGDH4KQaL4nGIMHOTtDWDm0tnddI1zjzt0OU_X-X4RwuLkPeV6hwgDKYa1Vo6X3JrAE1zjz62sdRGpsj_R-Sghf3sA2ZQHY,&typo=1> group PDFVotingDelegates2019 at groups.io<https://linkprotect.cudasvc.com/url?a=https%3a%2f%2fgroups.io%2fg%2fPDFVotingDelegates2019&c=E,1,1_iByaApy_UTbuASwOkqlneEY65K0hqxSVBZhFalXT6A-QNrPxqHK9umNh6dX3LHElL5sOcGK3VQOTHpHDdnfLsKrD0KNYpICE5nhsZC2vW7iWM,&typo=1>.
Please inform and if need be, assist your voting delegate to attend to this email as it is crucial that he/she accept and join this email group for him/her to participate fully and freely in this year's Board election. If your voting delegate doesn't join this group by this Sunday, 02 June, I will resort to using an open email group on Monday, 03 June as we are lagging behind in our Board election schedule and timeline this year. I'm also aware that some of you in this email communication are actually the voting delegates for your DPO and urge you to promptly attend to that email notice mentioned above.
Wishing you all a blessed day today.

Dear PDF Full Members
This email serves to update you all on those who have been confirmed to be your voting delegates for the 2019 PDF Board election. These voting delegates will be contacted separately in another email group set up for this purpose for the commencement of this year's election. Those Full Members that have not confirmed their voting delegates by Friday, 17 May 2019, I have included as your voting delegate the representative of your organisation to the 2019 PDF General Forum held in Nadi, Fiji on 25 February 2019. There were also a few members that couldn't attend the 2019 General Forum and I have taken the liberty as Returning Officer to include your voting delegate for the 2018 election to be the voting delegate again for this year's election. In the case of AFDO, I have included its current President as voting delegate as she was registered to attend the 2019 General Forum.
