It is with great honour that I have been asked to formally make the invitation for MIDPO to be a new Board Member for MICNGOS. Your presence at the MICNGOS Secretariat has been considerable and the Board feels that you could make crucial contribution at Board and Program level

This should take MICNGOS to the next level where in the 2020 AGM, we will open up nominations for Board member elections, affirm the Strategic Plan and verify the Constitution

In your absence, MICGOS is also considering alternate members to ensure that the MIDPO presence in the Board is continuous

I will be too happy to explain to you the details of this invitation by Wednesday if possible?

The current Board will meet tomorrow to endorse this invitation and you will be required to join them at the table during the AGM on Thursday. The Secretariat will provide you with the necessary Board Papers. This will bring the Board membership to 7 with a Quorum of 4
