Dear Seta,

Thank you for forwarding the DRF open request for proposal. I would like to
ask is it Timor-Leste is also eligible to apply for DRF because,
Timor-Leste is not ratify the CRPD however the government has a commitment
to ratify CRPD base on UPR recommendations from States Countries. Please
advise me for this matter.
