<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU">Warm Pacific greetings to each one of you. We have come to the time of the year when your organisation as a Full Member of PDF through your appointed/elected representative to the PDF General Forum (refer to Clause 8.3
of the PDF Constitution) will need to undertake your constitutional function of electing the Board Members of PDF (refer to Clause 10.2 of the PDF Constitution).<span style="color:#1F497D"> Since this year, 2017 is a year ending with an odd number (7), the
election will be for the positions of Co-Chairperson (male) and 4 Board members in accordance with Clause 10.3 of the PDF Constitution.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-AU" style="color:#1F497D">The PDF Board adopted the Election of Board Policy and Procedure with key dates, election activities and scrutineer among others at their Board Meeting held on Thursday, 18 May 2017. A critical decision
made by the Board at this meeting related to members’ participation at the 2017 Board election is that only Full Members that have paid in full their PDF membership fees by 30 April 2017 will participate in this year’s election.
