  2.  Vaccination certificate
  3.  Dietary information provided (if needed)
  4.  Washington Group Short Set – table completed. Contact the secretariat if you need further assistance in filling in the table.

Trust this email will fine each one of you, your organisation and family well at this time. We are now into the first week of December and heading to our well-earned Christmas and New Year holidays as we continue to live and adapt to the triple challenges of COVID-19, climate change and conflict. I also trust you all had a great International Day of Persons with Disabilities celebration last week!

Now to the subject of this email, you will find attached the registration form for the coming 7th Pacific Regional Conference on Disability (7thPRCD) to be held in Nadi, Fiji from Monday, 27 February 2023 to Friday, 03 March 2023. I’m requesting each of the 40 Full Members of PDF included in these email groups to ensure that the registration form is completed by your official delegate to our 7thPRCD and returned the completed registration form no later than Friday, 13 January 2023. Please note that PDF will cover travel, accommodation, meals and related expenses for your official delegate as well as his/her personal assistant where needed. Your early attention and quick response to this email will be greatly appreciated as it will give us sufficient time to organise travel and related arrangements.

Finally, I take this opportunity to wish all of you, your organisation and families God’s richest blessings, favour and protection this Christmas season and coming New Year!
