Please be informed that this will be my final communication to ensure that
all confirmed 32 voting delegates for the 32 Full Members participating in
this year’s Board election have successfully joined the the email group

to the 2020 PDF Board election. The following 8 Full Members and their
respective voting delegates have yet to join this email group and are
strongly encouraged to do so today.

Kindly note that nominations for the vacant positions on the PDF Board will
now start tomorrow, Friday, 15 May 2020. You will note that according to the
Election of Board Policy and Procedure, call for nominations should have
started on Monday this week, 11 May 2020 so we are already late by 4 days. I
therefore seek the understanding of voting delegates who have already joined
the email group and urgent attention of those 8 voting delegates listed
above to accept the invitation and join this email group at their earliest
convenience. Unfortunately, those voting delegates who fail to join the
email group by end of today will not participate in this year’s Board
election and in turn, preventing the Full Member they represent from
exercising their constitutional duty.
