Subject: [Pdd2025] Apology for Late Dissemination of the Pacific Disability Dialogue Outcome Statement and Request for Endorsement

Dear OPDs, partners and stakeholders,

Warm and season’s greetings from the Pacific Disability Forum Secretariat.

On behalf of the PDF, I extend my sincere apologies for the late dissemination of the Outcome Statement of the Pacific Disability Dialogue held in Nadi, Fiji, from 20–24 October 2025.

We acknowledge and appreciate your patience and continued commitment to the Pacific disability movement.

Please be to informed that you that we received ten reviews of the draft Outcome Statement. These valuable inputs have now been carefully considered and fully factored into the revised final Outcome Statement which is attached.

With these revisions completed, we respectfully request your support to enable the finalisation of the PDD Outcome Statement. To proceed, we kindly ask for:

  * One organisation or representative to endorse the Outcome Statement; and
  * One organisation or representative to second the endorsement.

The PDF Secretariat is hereby opening the process for endorsement and seconding of the PDD Outcome Statement until 31 January 2026. You may endorse and second the outcome statement by responding to this email.

Your leadership and collective ownership of this Outcome Statement are vital to strengthening our shared advocacy and ensuring that the voices of persons with disabilities across the Pacific are clearly reflected and advanced.

Thank you once again for your engagement, partnership and ongoing solidarity.

Kind Regards,

Sainimili Tawake
