Dear OPDs, Stakeholders and Partners,

 

Warm Pacific greetings to you all.

 

On behalf of the Pacific Disability Forum, I extend our sincere season's
greetings to you. As we approach the end of the year, we acknowledge and
appreciate your continued commitment and tireless work in advancing the
rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities across the Pacific.

 

Please accept our apologies that this communication is being shared via the
PDD listserv and not the OPD listserv. The PDF Secretariat is currently
restructuring and updating our all listserv, and during this transition
period, some communications will be disseminated through alternative
channels. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to
strengthen our systems.

 

As discussed during the PDF General Forum held in Nadi, Fiji, in October, we
are pleased to share with you two important documents for your
consideration:

 

1.	Call for Bid to Host the 2027 Pacific Regional Disability
Conference; and

 

2.	Request for Proposal (RFP) Template, intended to guide OPDs in
preparing and submitting their proposals.

 

These documents outline the process and requirements for OPDs interested in
hosting the 2027 Conference, and we strongly encourage eligible
organisations to review them carefully and consider submitting a proposal.
